Canadian Masters Curling Championships – April 1, 2019 to April 7, 2019

Scoreboard Standings / Draw Teams Reports

On March 10, 2019 our Masters team qualified for the Canadian Masters Men Curling Championships to be held at the Nutana Curling Club in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It is an honor to represent British Columbia, Campbell River and the Campbell River Curling Club at this National Event.

Our team worked hard this year to prepare for this event and the work paid off. The practice ice time and the quality of the curling conditions along with support from all at the curling club over this year has been fantastic.

We would like to sincerely thank the Board of Directors, our Club Manager Susan Johnson, Gord and Michele Twanow, ice technicians and the Campbell River Curling Club Senior League, for all their support. As well we would like to thank all the curlers who supported the raffle for a Team Jacobs, Hardline Curling broom that was initiated by our Club Manager, Susan.

We have prepared ourselves as well as we can and now we are in Saskatoon. You know we will give our best effort whatever the results. Our fellow curlers, from the provinces and territories, will know a lot about Campbell River by the time this event has concluded.

We have included a team BC photo taken at the Nutana Curling Club wearing our team BC curling gear.

You can follow our progress by visiting the website

Thanks again
